  5. you have a balanced distribution and HCPC 6-10.

  7. With fewer points and a balanced distribution,
  8. you should either bid your best suit at the
  9. two level or bid two clubs.   The two club bid
  10. forces declarer to choose his best four card
  11. major suit or bid 2D.

  13. Reminder:
  14. With exactly 11 points, a good 5 card minor
  15. suit, and a balanced distribution, you should
  16. bid 2NT.  Otherwise pass even with 11 points.
  17. Also pass with a weak 12 point hand.
